Refilling paper

The process to refill the printer with receipt paper or sticker paper is the same.

We sell receipt paper and sticker paper that is compatible with our printers. If you use third-party paper, it is recommended to use continous paper as our printers do not have a sensor to determine the end of a label. Additionally, we are not liable for any damages caused by using third-party receipt paper or sticker paper. Use at your own risk.

Steps to refill the printer:​

  1. Place the new roll of paper/sticker paper inside the roll holder.
  2. Slide the paper underneath the metal rod of the printer, towards the front of the printer, and out of the booth.
  3. Ensure that the paper is able to enter the printer from the roll holder without obstruction.

If you are unsure if the paper is correctly inserted:

  1. Lift up the green tab towards you (see the arrow on it).

HANDLE WITH CARE AS THIS LIFTS THE PRINTER HEAD AND DROPPING THIS MAY DAMAGE IT AND CAUSE PRINT ISSUES.

  1. Check if the paper is correctly inserted, passing straight through beneath the metal rod and through to the opening of the case.
  2. After confirming, lower the head of the printer back down and push down to secure it (you'll hear a click sound).

Out of paper warning​

The app currently does not notify you when the printer is out of paper. We are working on adding this in the upcoming update.
