Lines on prints
Horizontal lines
Occasionally, horizontal lines may appear on your receipt photos. This is due to the brightness of your environment.
Fixes:
- Move the machine to a brighter area and/or
- Increase the brightness of the print in the Print settings page.
Vertical lines
Vertical lines are indications of a malfunctioning printer head. You may have to bring in your Receipt Booth to your nearest service centre for maintenance checks.
